Starting The Process of Change

In our Strategic Clarity Session together, we will:

  • Review where you are at in your business
  • Pinpoint your current gaps
  • Identify where you want to be
  • Drill into what’s holding you back
  • Get focused on what you need to do next
  • Start putting together a plan of what to work on

This is for:

  • Transformation leaders (eg coaches, event leaders, online trainers)
  • Purpose driven business owners and leaders

This is for you if any of the following apply

  • You want to make a big difference in the world
  • You want to explore creating more growth and transformation in your business
  • You have an issue or area of your business that you want to improve
  • You are looking for, or open to hiring, a coach or mentor

Please take your time and answer each question thoughtfully, because the answers you give here will start your process of change that we will build on in our session together.

Application

  • What is the one most urgent or pressing issue, question, or goal that brings you to this conversation?
  • Why is it important TO YOU that this issue or problem be addressed, or this opportunity realised?
  • Why is it important that this be addressed NOW? What would the consequences be if you put it off till later?
  • In an ideal world where everything happened as well as it could - where do you see your business as being at in 12 months time?
  • Looking at where you are now and where your business is ideally at in 12 months time. what are the biggest changes or differences you see between now and then?
  • Is there anything else you want to mention or put on the table in advance, for discussion in our conversation? Also are there any resources or links you want to provide in advance of our conversation (eg your website URL)?
